At Royal Checkout, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to return or exchange an item, separate from our Refund Policy, which covers how and when refunds are issued.

Return Window

Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our support team with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
4. Ship the item back using the instructions provided.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or product, let us know when you start your return — we'll help arrange an exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and personal care items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
