Returns You have 15 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@royalcheckout.com to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
