Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and again at checkout.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S., unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime via the Track Order link in our website header or from your account page.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact support@royalcheckout.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
